“…the friendship I have had in my heart for you has ripened into a deeper feeling, a feeling more beautiful, more pure, more sacred. Dare I name it you? Ah! It is love which makes me so bold!” – Margaret Mitchell, Gone with the Wind
She stepped out into the evening sunset, an unusually warm breeze lifting her hair softly and brushing it behind her ears. He took his hand in hers and together they walked down the path. He said something softly in her ear and she laughed out loud and kissed his cheek. And as my camera snapped, I caught a glimpse of the kind of love we all dream about. The way he looked at her, the way she nestled deep in his arms, the silliness they enjoyed together…. all of it. Their love is tangible, fought for, prayed for, and a deep seated overflow of His grace.
Lee and Meg, I’m so glad we had the chance to take these wonderful shots. I love you to the moon and back.
