They met in teacher training. There was a group of them that went line dancing afterwards and she came and danced and laughed. By then end of the night, he was smitten by her in all the ways a girl dreams about. She was beauty and joy, intelligence and wit, and he couldn’t believe that after all his efforts to follow his dreams to become a teacher, the girl of his dreams would appear and be a part of it. She loved how he made her laugh, and how safe and supported she felt by his friendship as they started out on their first few years of teaching. In one another, they found all they had been searching their whole lives for, and their story is just lovely to see lived out.
