Wil and Jessica’s Calamigos Ranch wedding was one of my favorite weddings in 2o14. It was a classy and intimate event that went without a hitch, thanks to the wonderful staff and Mindy & Co. Events. My handsome 2nd shooter Christopher and I arrived at the Four Seasons Westlake Village locked, loaded, and ready for whatever the day had for us, and we were blown away at the calm that seemed to surround everyone. We walked into the bridal suite to find everyone going about their tasks quietly and the sound of music playing on someone’s phone wafted softly through the air. It was beautiful. Jessica’s hair and makeup teams were brilliant and even took the time to oblige the little flower girls’ requests to have their makeup done like the “big girls”. I absolutely ADORED Jessica’s two piece Waters WTOO wedding ensemble… gorgeous, right?!
I also really liked how much attention to detail Wil had with his wedding attire. He was dressed to the nines complete with Bruno Magli leather shoes, a TagHeuer watch, and embroidered cuffs on his shirt. He looked sharp!
All in all, Wil and Jessica’s wedding ended up being an absolute perfect day. It was an intimate, no drama, beautiful beautiful day. Congratulations you guys! I felt so blessed to be asked to photograph your day…. you two are perfect for one another. Aaaaand special thanks to all the amazing vendors that came together to make their day so wonderful:
